  • Nicky’s Coal Fired, the newest venture from husband and wife team Tony and Caroline Galzin (Fifty First Kitchen & Bar), is slated to open in The Nations neighborhood in fall 2016. The restaurant will feature seasonal Italian cuisine with coal-fired pizzas as the focal point.
  • Greko Greek Street Food is opening this summer in East Nashville.
  • A lower Broadway bar called Nudie’s Honky Tonk is expected to open this summer. More details via The Tennessean.

  • Dose Coffee is opening a second location called Dose Riverside in East Nashville. More details via The Tennessean.
  • The Marsh House, Killebrew Coffee, and an unnamed rooftop bar will be located in the Thompson Nashville Hotel in the Gulch, which is slated to open this fall. Renowned Chef John Besh is overseeing the operations. More details via the Tennessean. 
  • The team behind Bonjo Java is opening a new concept in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. A new market from Sassafras is also expected in the same development. More details via Nashville Post.
