Brothers Danny and Ryan Nicoletto have been manufacturing and selling fresh and dried pasta under the name Nicoletto’s Pasta Co. throughout Nashville for a little over a year now. They are kicking things up a notch with their new full-service retail and fast-casual restaurant, Nicoletto’s Italian Kitchen, which opens in East Nashville on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 11am.
Nashville Guru got a look inside the new space.
Nicoletto’s Italian Kitchen’s Interior
Nicoletto’s Italian Kitchen is a 700-square-foot space next door to Mickey’s Tavern. Customers can pick up fresh pasta like gnocchi or ravioli, or enjoy a simple lunch or dinner on-site. There are 16 seats throughout and a bar along the main window where patrons can dine.

Nicoletto’s Italian Kitchen’s Menu
Their menu is simple and straightforward, just like you hope for at a fast-casual restaurant. Fresh cut pasta, meatballs (beef or vegan), veggies, and salads are just a handful of options. The late-night menu, available Thursday through Saturday from 9pm to 2am, includes a meatball sub, Italian beef, spicy Italian sausage, green chili mac n’ cheese, fresh cut fries, and Italian poutine. Sounds like a savory alternative to late-night Taco Bell!
