As part of its Moonlighting guest chef series, The Catbird Seat and chef Ryan Poli will share the kitchen with James Beard Award-winning chef Sarah Grueneberg on Saturday, July 21, 2018. Grueneberg’s five-course collaborative menu at The Catbird Seat will be Italian-inspired and reflect her worldwide travels. The dinner is $150 per person. Reservations can be made online.
Details: The Catbird Seat’s beverage director Matt Poli will be pouring jeroboams of champagne throughout dinner and Royal Tokaji Essencia with dessert. Reservations will be on a first come, first served basis. The first seating is from 5:00pm to 5:30pm and the second from 8:30pm to 9:00pm.
