The annual Picnic with the Library is on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at the Nashville Public Library. This picnic will be themed around Charlotte’s Web. Guests can expect creative crafts, music, face painting, delicious treats, visits from beloved children’s book characters, and cocktails for grown-ups. Funds from this event will support Nashville Public Library’s Wishing Chair Productions, story times, Puppet Trucks, mentorship programs, and early literacy initiatives. All ages are welcome.

Hours

• Patrons’ Hour – 2:30pm to 3:30pm (learn more on how to become a patron)
• Picnic Basket Guests – 3:30pm to 6:00pm

Tickets

• Picnic Basket – $275
  includes tickets for two adults and up to four children
• Adult Add-on Ticket – $65
  must be purchased with Patron Package or Picnic Basket
• Child Add-on Ticket – $25
  must be purchased with Patron Package or Picnic Basket
