Dos Santos
Dos Santos, a family-run taqueria originating in Denver, is one of Nashville’s most popular new restaurants with 4.6 stars from over 70 reviews on Google. The restaurant officially opened in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood on Friday, December 13, 2024.
Dos Santos launched in 2015 by Jason Wallenta, his wife, Riley O’Brien, and his brother Kris Wallenta as a celebration of their Mexican heritage. Growing up in Mexico City and spending time on the Yucatan Peninsula and in Cozumel, Jason and Kris gained hands-on experience in the culinary world by working in kitchens with their uncle, which inspired them to open Dos Santos. There are currently four Dos Santos locations, with three situated in Colorado and one in Tennessee. Guests can expect a Yucatan-inspired take on Mexican cuisine, authentic dishes, a robust tequila and mezcal list, as well as weekly food and drink specials. The restaurant currently offers brunch, lunch, and dinner service.
