The Treehouse, the popular East Nashville restaurant, is getting a new owner. Kelly Black, an industry restauranteur, will take over ownership later this year. The Treehouse’s founders, Matt Spicher and Corey Ladd, sold the business to Black, who plans to continue The Treehouse with a fresh menu and expanded late-night service.
