Bar Ena is a cocktail bar in Chestnut Hill (near Wedgewood-Houston) from the team behind cafe babu. Owner Shivani Darsinos named it after Ena, her hometown in Gujarat, India. The drink menu is built around the masala dabbo, or Indian spice box, and each cocktail focuses on a single spice or blend. Drinks include the Lesson In Kama with gin, bay leaf, and fenugreek, and the Golden Temple with saffron, cardamom, lemon, and honey. The bar also serves wine, craft beer, spirits, and shareable small plates. The 1,000-square-foot space has a red travertine bar, Gujarati-inspired mirror-work, hand-carved line drawings, and a DJ booth for late-night sets. Bar Ena officially opens to the public on Sunday, October 11, 2026, and will be open Tuesday through Sunday from 5:00pm to midnight.
