A new fast-casual, health-conscious eatery is coming to Hillsboro Village in the spring of 2020. Greenery Co., a concept created by sisters and co-owners Caroline Gaston and Whitney Abblitt, will open in the former Provence location. The menu will focus on salads, bowls, snacks, and sweet treats.
