Yolan’s Trofie Pasta-Making Class is Friday, August 4, 2023, from noon to 2:00pm. This hands-on experience will teach participants how to make twisted and tapered Trofie pasta. The class is $175 and will also include a three-course lunch with wine pairings. All guests must be 21 and over only.
