TN Hot Sauce Expo, the fourth annual weekend of craft hot sauce, spicy eating contests, and live wrestling, is Saturday through Sunday, October 24-25, 2026, from 10:00am to 6:00pm each day at East Park. Around 30 hot sauce makers, from Tennessee favorites to national brands, hand out unlimited free samples that run from mild, fruit-infused blends to Ghost Pepper, Carolina Reaper, and Pepper X sauces. The Stage of DOOM hosts brutal eating challenges for trophies, cash, and bragging rights, wrestlers take over the park for live matches, and a doggie Halloween costume contest brings out the four-legged crowd. Food trucks and non-spicy drinks are on hand too. General admission is $10, and kids 10 and under get in free. Tickets are available online in advance or at the gate.
