Wedgewood-Houston (sometimes referred to as “WeHo“) is one of Nashville’s fastest developing neighborhoods. This area is located between Wedgewood Avenue and Houston Street, just south of Downtown. With easy access to Downtown via 8th Avenue South or Nolensville Pike and its close proximity to the Gulch, Edgehill Village, 12 South, Melrose, and Hillsboro Village, Wedgwood-Houston is becoming a go-to place to live, work, and play.

Soho House, a members’ club for creatives, opened a location in Wedgewood-Houston giving this area international attention. There are several bars and restaurants in the area mostly frequented by locals. More and more retail is opening. This part of town is expanding rapidly.
