Expected to Open: Fall 2027

The Perlant, a private social club rooted in wine and community, is bringing its concept to Nashville with a new location in The Gulch, expected to open in Fall 2027. The club will take over the space previously home to Gertie’s Bar at 507 12th Avenue South. Founded in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood in 2025, The Perlant offers members an all-day space centered on an extensive wine program with more than 1,000 bottles in its cellar and 40 by-the-glass options, alongside dining, educational events, and a full beverage program. Chef Jordan Sanchez, formerly of Soho House Chicago and Proper Hotel in Austin, leads the culinary program with seasonally driven menus. The Nashville opening will follow the same founding model used in Atlanta, assembling an initial cohort of 100 members through personal conversations rather than a conventional sales process.
