The Iberian Pig, a concept out of Atlanta, is coming to the Gulch neighborhood in early 2023. The restaurant offers Spanish-inspired cuisine including traditional charcuteria, quesos, and tapas with menu options like bacon-wrapped dates and pork cheek tacos. Smith Hanes Studio is designing the 4,500-square-foot space, which includes a rooftop patio and bar. The Iberian Pig is expecting to open in early 2023.
