Sushi-san is set to open in the fall of 2025 in Nashville’s 12 South neighborhood, specifically the Ashwood 12 South development. This restaurant will serve up the freshest fish flown in from Japan along with one of the largest Japanese whisky selections in the country. The space will feature a 136-seat dining room, an expansive patio, and a private dining room with a dedicated outdoor space.
