SESSION Pilates officially opened in the Green Hills neighborhood on April 5, 2025. This marks the seventh studio for the reformer Pilates brand and the first outside of Texas. This studio delivers a full mind-body experience through a 50-minute, beat-based, high-intensity Pilates class.
