Little Miss Mao, a highly anticipated concept from James Beard semifinalist Sophina Uong, opened on Monday, March 10, 2025. This new spot is located inside Skinny Dennis, a Brooklyn-born honky tonk bar, in East Nashville. Guests can expect global flavors and elevated bar snacks like Garlic Noodles and Pani Puri. Little Miss Mao is open daily and located in the outdoor patio area.

Little Miss Mao Menu Highlights Include: 

• Wildcat’s Onion Brick (chaat style, chickpea flour, tamarind chutney, serrano crema, herbs)
• Prahok Ktiss (Cambodian curried pork fish, shrimp dip, peanut, coconut, crudite, shrimp crackers)
