Kyuramen, a popular Japanese ramen restaurant chain, will be opening their first Nashville location in mid to late 2025. This ramen eatery will be situated in the Starling mixed-use development in Germantown. Kyuramen focuses on three major regional styles of ramen from Japan including Kyushu Shio, Tokyo Shoyu, and Hokkaido Miso.
