koshō by Tabu, a new Japanese-inspired concept from the team behind Tabu Shabu, is set to soft open in the SoBro neighborhood on March 2, 2025. The grand opening is March 7, 2025. The restaurant is situated on the first floor of the Sentral Apartment Complex. The menu features a variety of Japanese-Asian influenced dishes and specialty cocktails. Operating partner Nick Aguilar combined forces with restauranteur Jeff Chon (Tabu Shabu, Oak & Coal, and others) to bring the concept to Nashville.
