Garth Brooks will be one of the next stars to open a bar on Lower Broadway. According to the announcement, Brooks is teaming up with Strategic Hospitality to open a honky-tonk bar and restaurant in the former space occupied by Downtown Sporting Club / Paradise Park at 411 Broadway. Brooks purchased the property at the end of 2021.
