Ozone saunas differ from traditional saunas by incorporating ozone into the experience. While traditional saunas rely on heat to promote sweating and relaxation, ozone saunas combine heat with ozone therapy, which is believed to enhance detoxification, improve circulation, and support immune health by delivering ozone through the skin and into the body.
