Edley’s Tacos is a new concept from Will Newman, the owner behind Edley’s Bar-B-Que and Pancho and Lefty’s Cantina. This taco restaurant will take over the space currently occupied by Pancho and Lefty’s Cantina in Sylvan Park. Edley’s Tacos is set to open in 2026.
