COA, a sprawling rooftop bar and restaurant, is set to open in the spring of 2025. This 8,000-square-foot space will transform each evening from an elevated Mexican gastronomy concept to a sultry, raving nightclub. This rooftop will be located at the Canopy by Hilton Nashville Gulch Hotel and will also house Nashville’s first rooftop agave garden.
