COA Rooftop Bar is opening the first week of March 2026. The 8,000-square-foot space will transform each evening from an elevated Mexican gastronomy concept to a sultry nightclub. Located atop Canopy by Hilton Nashville Gulch Hotel, COA offers Nashville’s first rooftop agave garden. Expect the largest agave tequila and mezcal selection in Middle Tennessee, panoramic views of the city, Mexican cuisine crafted by Executive Chef Jose Mendoza alongside Chef Pia Iguacel, indoor and outdoor bars, and weekend brunch.
