Chotto Matte, a Nikkei restaurant concept from Kurt Zdesar, is slated to open in Nashville’s ONE22ONE development located at 1221 Broadway. The restaurant will offer Nikkei cuisine, which is a combination of Japanese and Peruvian ingredients and techniques. Guests can expect a vibrant, electric atmosphere while enjoying dishes like ceviche, tiradito, anticucho barbecue, sushi, sashimi, and tempura. Chotto Matte also has locations in London, Miami, Toronto, and more coming soon.
