Champy’s World Famous Fried Chicken is a casual fried chicken restaurant and bar created by Seth and Crissy Champion. The first Champy’s opened in Chattanooga in 2009. There are now 11 locations including the new Nashville outpost, which officially opened on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. Expect fried-to-order chicken, hand-rolled Mississippi tamales, homemade sides and desserts, a fun beverage menu (including forties and daiquiris), and an upbeat atmosphere.
