Butterfly is a Mexican-inspired rooftop cocktail lounge opening in the Spring of 2026 at W Nashville in the Gulch. This new bar will take over the space previously held by PROOF Rooftop Bar. Butterfly is a part of the expansion of the José Andrés Group, which includes Zaytinya and Bar Mar.
