Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville will debut Bacco, a new Tuscan-inspired steakhouse, in Spring 2026 following a multimillion-dollar renovation of its first-floor restaurant space. To prepare for the opening, Mimo Restaurant and Bar will close November 16, 2025.

Bacco will deliver an energetic, approachable dining experience rooted in Tuscany, featuring premium steaks, house-made pastas, a lively bar and lounge, and a warm, celebratory atmosphere.

The restaurant will offer three distinct spaces:

• A redesigned bar and lounge with rich, inviting textures

• An all-seasons patio (terrazza) with its own bar

• A cozy dining room set apart by refined architectural details
