Alcove Nashville is a brand new high-rise community on Church Street in Downtown Nashville. The concept comes from Giarrantana Development, one of Nashville’s most prominent developers. Alcove, which is now leasing for move-ins in May 2023, offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Community amenities include rooftop pools, a fitness studio, work-from-home spaces, and state-of-the-art lounge areas.
