Eagle & Ivy is an upscale American restaurant and bar with private golf lounges at 1700 Church Street in Midtown, in the former Hi-Fi Clyde’s space. Owner and chef Alec Pearce’s menu includes Wagyu smash burgers, crab cakes, coconut shrimp, prime steaks like the tenderloin filet and bone-in ribeye, shareables, and weekly rotating specials, plus local craft beer, wine by the glass, and craft cocktails. Each private lounge has a Trackman golf simulator with hundreds of courses on a 4K projector, a seating area, a guest-controlled TV, and Bluetooth speakers, so groups can play, watch the game, and eat in their own space. The room works for date nights and business lunches as well as corporate outings, celebrations, and watch parties. Eagle & Ivy is slated to open on Thursday, October 15, 2026.
