Parisian Nights After Party, a late-night chocolate, cheese, and Cognac celebration following Bacco’s October Big Night dinner, is Sunday, October 25, 2026, starting at 9:00pm on the Terrazza at Bacco. Bacco and Valrhona Chocolate are turning the open-air terrace into a Chocolate Wonderland, with desserts, candies, and confections from Four Seasons pastry chefs Hector Llompart and Jonathan Pereira. A curated counter of French and Italian cheeses, Cognac tastings led by Hennessy Paradis global ambassadors, and live entertainment round out the night. Tickets are $59 per person and cover food, drinks, and entertainment, and a limited number are available.
The after party follows The Big Night Sunday Supper with Chef Christophe de Lellis of the Michelin-starred Mamani in Dallas and sommelier Alex Burch of Bad Idea, a four-course, family-style dinner built around whole duck for $225 per person. The after party gives guests who missed a dinner seat another way to join the evening.
