The Big Night Sunday Supper at Bacco

The Big Night, Bacco’s monthly Sunday Supper series, brings a visiting chef and sommelier to Bacco one Sunday each month. Every dinner is built around a single featured ingredient and served as a four-course, family-style tasting menu with cocktail and wine pairings at communal tables. Tickets are $150 per person, and $30 from every ticket goes to No Kid Hungry.

The series runs through the end of the year inside Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, with a different chef, a different sommelier, and a different menu each month. Reservations are made through OpenTable, and complimentary valet parking is available.

Upcoming Big Night Dinners:

  • Sunday, October 25, 2026 – Chef Christophe de Lellis of the Michelin-starred Mamani in Dallas builds a menu around whole duck alongside sommelier Alex Burch of Bad Idea. After dinner, the Terrazza becomes a Cognac & Dessert Garden with Hennessy Paradis, desserts from Four Seasons pastry chefs Hector Llompart and Jonathan Pereira, and Parisian-inspired live music from an electric violinist and a DJ.
  • Sunday, November 15, 2026 – Chef Joe Sasto takes over the kitchen for a lamb-focused menu with sommelier David Stasko pairing the courses.
  • Sunday, December 13, 2026 – Chef Adam Sobel closes out the year with a Feast of the Seven Fishes, paired by master sommelier Jeremy Shanker.
