Asulon Collective is a coffee house in the Park Commons development, near GEODIS Park and the Nashville Fairgrounds. The soft opening is Sunday, August 31, 2026. It’s the second brick-and-mortar location from founder Emily Austin Springer, who started the company as a mobile coffee cart operation in 2021 and opened a first coffee house in downtown Clarksville. The café serves third-wave specialty coffee, including a house blend, single-origin and decaf options, plus espresso drinks made with homemade small-batch syrups, pastries, and small breakfast items. Asulon also hosts pop-up collaborations with other local makers and continues to run its coffee carts and mobile espresso bars for catering and private events. Parking includes street spots, a garage, surface lots and 15-minute spaces next to the shop.
