Edley’s Tacos, the newest concept from the team behind Edley’s Bar-B-Que, officially opened on Monday, April 13, 2026, in the Sylvan Park neighborhood.

This locally-owned and operated spot offers a fast-casual ordering experience similar to Edley’s Bar-B-Que. Choose a protein, pick your taco style, add guac or queso, and then load-up at the self-serve salsa bar. You can make any taco a burrito, bowl, salad, or quesadilla, too. End your meal with Churros or a Caramel Apple Empanada.
