Zoolumination: Chinese Festival of Lights presented by Anheuser-Busch runs from Thursday, November 14, 2024, to Sunday, February 9, 2025, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at the Nashville Zoo. This walkthrough attraction is the country’s largest Chinese lantern festival featuring over 1,000 custom-made silk lanterns, holiday-themed scenes, decorated displays, entertainers, and more. Santa will visit each night from November 29, 2024, to December 24, 2024! Food and beverages (including spiked hot cocoa!) are available for purchase.
The Smashville Ice Rink is new in 2024, where attendees have the option to purchase tickets to skate beneath the lantern-lit skies. Tickets must be purchase separately for ice skating and cost $10 for members and $12 for nonmembers, which includes skate rental and a 45-minute skate.
When It’s Open: Zoolumination is open nightly until Sunday, January 5, 2025. Starting January 9, 2025, Zoolumination will only be open Thursday through Sunday each week until February 9, 2025.
