The Nashville Wellness Fest, Nashville’s annual health and wellness festival, is Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the Fairgrounds Nashville. This family-friendly event includes over 120 vendors, wellness workshops, fitness demonstrations, free goodies, giveaways, and more. There is a limited supply of free early-bird tickets, but after that, admission is $5 per person—seniors over 55 and children under 18 will receive free admission.
