The Nashville Wellness Fest, Nashville’s annual health and wellness festival, is Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the Fairgrounds Nashville. This family-friendly event includes over 100 vendors, wellness workshops, fitness demonstrations, free goodies, giveaways, and more. There is a limited supply of free early bird tickets but after that admission is $10 per person—seniors and children 16 and under will receive free admission.
