
8th & Roast (West) is hosting a one-night only pop-up dinner on Friday, March 15, 2019, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Culinary director David Speegle is bringing in his good friend and colleague chef Opie Crooks of A Rake’s Progress in Washington D.C.’s The Line Hotel. Attendees can expect 8-10 savory small plates and specialty batched cocktails. Plates can be purchased a la carte for $10 each. RSVP on Facebook. Reservations aren’t required.
