Petals & Pours, an autumn floral workshop presented by Amelia’s Flowers and paired with a flight of three seasonal mini cocktails, is Sunday, November 8, 2026, at noon at Assembly Food Hall. A professional florist walks you through building your own fall arrangement with seasonal blooms and harvest-toned colors, and no experience is needed. Flowers, materials, instruction, and cocktails are all included. The workshop takes place in Single Barrel on Level 2 of the South Hall. All ages are welcome, and guests under 21 get soft drinks in place of the cocktail flight.
