Locally owned and operated, this laid-back eatery offers Mexican-inspired favorites with a build-your-own approach, including tacos, burritos, bowls, and a self-serve salsa bar. Customers can expect a family-friendly atmosphere and a dog-friendly patio. There is also an Edley’s Tacos Sylvan Park outpost, which opened in April 2026. This fast-casual eatery centers around a build-your-own concept, where guests customize their meal by choosing a protein (George’s Skirt Steak, Bo’s Ground Beef, Smoked Pork Carnitas, Chili Lime Shrimp, Pulled Chicken Tinga, Chicken Al Carbon, Edley’s Chopped Brisket, Sweet Potato) and a style (Classico for timeless flavor, Alambre for bold grilled toppings, and Quesa-Birria for dipping). The scratch-made salsa bar (pictured below) is the true standout feature at Edley’s Tacos, where guests can fully customize their tacos however they like from a wide variety of add-ons, such as Salsa Verde, Jalapeño Ranch, Escabeche, Cowboy Candy, and many more.
Beverage options include margaritas, draft and canned beer, and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks.
For younger diners, the Lil’ Homies kids’ menu features favorites like Cheese Quesadillas, Chicken Tenders, and Kids Tacos.
