Edley’s Tacos, the newest concept from the team behind Edley’s Bar-B-Que, officially opened on Monday, April 13, 2026, in the Sylvan Park neighborhood across from its sister restaurant. This locally-owned and operated spot focuses on Mexican-inspired cuisine in a fast-casual, laidback environment. Expect a build-your-own type of menu with tacos, burritos, bowls, and a self-serve salsa bar. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.
The Interior
Edley’s Taco’s interior features colorful chairs, light green trim, small plants, and rustic tables. Seating options include booths, four- and six-top tables, and a several larger group options, making it easy to find a table for almost any size party. Get in line, place your order, then analyze your options at the salsa bar.
The Exterior
The spacious outdoor patio at Edley’s Tacos is one of the best in Nashville. It’s fully covered with fans, heaters, string lights, hanging plants, and an outdoor fireplace.
The Menu
Choose a protein, pick your taco style, add guacamole or queso, and then load-up with whatever selections you want at the salsa bar. You can make any taco a burrito, bowl, salad, or quesadilla, too.
On the beverage side, there are margaritas, draft beer, canned beer, High Noon, and Berry Sangria. Need another round of drinks? Scan the QR code to order more to your table.
Kids can order from the Lil’ Homies menu, which has Cheese Quesadillas, Chicken Tenders, and a Kids Taco, all served with fries.
