Pause Studio’s West Nashville Grand Opening Celebration will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 9:00am to 2:00pm. This state-of-the-art wellness destination is opening a new location at oneC1TY in West Nashville. The celebration event will kick off with free community workout classes at SandBar. Attendees will be able to tour the new studio and try complimentary wellness services, including cryotherapy, red light therapy, and compression therapy (first-come, first-served).
