Girolamo Russo By The Glass Takeover at Carne Mare is Friday, May 16, 2025. Guests can expect several site-specific wines, traditional Sicilian dishes from Chef de Cuisine Emma Glasrud, and stories about unique wines from the active volcano of Mount Etna from winemaker Giuseppe Russo of Sicily’s Girolamo Russo. Reservations can be made between 5:00pm and 10:00pm. Carne Mare is located on the ground floor of the W Nashville in the Gulch neighborhood.
