Science of Beer will occur on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 6:30pm to 10:00pm at Adventure Science Center. This unique event will ignite the beer-lover and science enthusiast in everyone. Guests can expect a night of sampling craft beers from local and national breweries, a star-filled Sudekum Planetarium show, and brew science demos. Tickets are $65 for general admission and $40 for designated drivers. Admission is 21 and over only.
