FORM Wellness, Nashville’s very first ozone sauna studio, officially opened on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, in the 12 South neighborhood. Ozone saunas differ from traditional saunas by incorporating ozone into the experience. While traditional saunas rely on heat to promote sweating and relaxation, ozone saunas combine heat with ozone therapy, which is believed to enhance detoxification, improve circulation, and support immune health by delivering ozone through the skin and into the body. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside this new wellness experience.

The Ozone Sauna Experience
FORM Wellness has four private rooms with four special ozone sauna chambers. During the session, your head is exposed while your body is fully enclosed. The chamber fills with a warm, humid environment infused with ozone. The heat opens pores, allowing the ozone to be absorbed through the skin. Expect to sweat and detoxify during the 30-minute session. Most people even see toxins on their towel afterward! They recommend one to three sessions per week for the average person.
Single sauna sessions are for $45 per session and last 30 minutes. Founders’ Club Memberships are still available for a limited time, which are $124 per month for eight sessions. See the latest memberships and pricing.
The Lobby & Wellness Boutique
At the front of the studio, there’s a boutique with a variety of apparel, wellness goods, and supplements from brands like Thorne and Promix. Owner Brooke Williamson handpicks the apparel, which includes options from 925fit.
