The Taco Bamba Pop-Up at Bastion is Monday, February 5, 2024, from 6:00pm to 8:30pm. This event is in anticipation of Taco Bamba’s opening this winter in Green Hills. Expect Chef Victor Albisu’s signature takes on tacos, ceviches, agave-based cocktails, and more. Tickets are $29. Admission is 21 and over only.
