The 12 South Home Tour is Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 11:00am to 5:00pm. This annual event is a self-guided tour through the walkable historic residential area of 12 South. Expect to see architecture, homes, gardens, and more. Proceeds from this event contribute to community festivities, tree plantings, and clean-ups. Pre-sale tickets are $15 and same-day tickets are $20. All ages are welcome.
