The Nashville Jazz Workshop’s Juneteenth Jazz and Art Live Experience is Saturday, June 17, 2023, from noon to 6:00pm. This event is in partnership with The Equity Alliance. Guests can expect a parade, jazz performances, and a hands-on community mural. Admission is free and open to all ages.

- Roland Barber and the Righteous Few Brass Band – Parade and Live Music | 2:00pm and 5:00pm
- Celebrating the Music of Bessie Smith with Live Music and Puppets | 3:00pm
- Student Band led by NJW Alumna Nadia Reist with Students from the Indiana University Jazz Program | 12:30pm and 4:00pm
- Community Mural – Artwork by Donna Woodley | noon to 5:00pm
