St. Vito Focacceria officially opened on Friday, May 19, 2023, in the Gulch neighborhood. Guests can expect Sfincione pizza and other Sicilian dishes. This cozy locale is open Wednesday through Sunday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm for dinner, with lunch service coming soon. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.

The Interior

This small eatery is filled with charm, handmade details, and reimagined architecture from the precious occupants, Colt’s Chocolates. There is an open kitchen concept displaying bespoke service dishes and platters, situated on an expansive walnut bar. The custom brass lion wallpaper adds a touch of warmth and depth.

The Exterior

St. Vito Focacceria is tucked away on a small side street that neighbors The Iberian Pig (coming soon), Superica, Patagonia, and Rumble Boxing. There is free street parking in addition to a couple of paid parking lots around the area.

The Menu

The menu features delicious options such as pizza and regional dishes that are available for dine-in and carryout. Chef Hanna makes Sfincione dough that is 100% hydrated, naturally leavened, and fermented through a cold bulk method. Menu items change frequently, so you can expect something new to try with every few visits. See the menu.

The Details

Whether you’re in the mood for pizza at home or out on the town, we recommend adding St. Vito Focacceria to your list of new spots to try.
