The annual Fatherland Fest is on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 4:00pm to 10:00pm at 1105 Fatherland Street in East Nashville. Thousands will gather to raise funds and awareness for the Music City PrEP Clinic. Attendees can expect an evening of curious attractions, dazzling oddities, drag, live music, comedy, carnival games, rides, sideshow spectacles, and more. This event is free and open to the public. Admission is 18 and over only.
