The Nashville Grange is a Southern-inspired restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is located on the first level of the highly-acclaimed Grand Hyatt Nashville. Diners can expect a contemporary yet casual atmosphere, an open kitchen concept, a full bar, and Tennessee-to-table cuisine. Nashville Guru stopped by to get a look inside.

The Interior

The Nashville Grange faces the elegant Union Station Hotel and offers views of the bustling Upper Broadway area. The space is bright, open, and airy. The beamed ceiling and oversized chandeliers immediately catch the eye. There are laid-back lounge sections, a bar area, group tables, and numerous four- and two-top tables. Guests can enter through the hotel lobby or the side entrance.

The Menu

The Nashville Grange is one of the few restaurants serving around-the-clock for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast and brunch items include classics like eggs Benedict, omelets, avocado toast, and malted waffles. For midday bites, guests can enjoy pickle fried chicken or a variety of salads. The dinner menu has options like Atlantic halibut and fennel rub pork chop. Stick around for an extra round from the full bar, which includes several local beers on draft, wine, and craft cocktails like Southern Charm (espolòn reposado, vermouth, lime, honey, lychee) and Farmer’s Cure (corsair gin, plum, cardamom, egg white).
