Ratatouille in Concert is Friday through Sunday, March 17-19, 2023, at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Expect to see Disney and Pixar’s Academy Award-winning filmRatatouille in high-definition on the big screen while the Nashville Symphony performs composer Michael Giacchino’s beloved score. Guests of all ages can watch the tale of a young rat who gets an unlikely chance to cook in a French restaurant while listening to an unforgettable live musical performance. Tickets start at $43.
Yardstick, a boutique dog hotel offering a more personalized and elevated dog-care experience, officially opened on December 15, 2022, in the Berry Hill neighborhood near Melrose and 12 South. This new dog-care facility, which already has over 20 five-star reviews on Google, boasts well-trained hosts, a calm and stress-free atmosphere, noise-reduction design features, a high staff-to-dog ratio, 24/7 on-site supervision, and other thoughtful pup perks. The Yardstick Suites
Yardstick’s interior has spacious suites for Nighttime guests, where dogs can enjoy treats and toys from a curated room service menu, including the very popular Puppuccino. Each room has a glass door, water bowl, and raised bed. Personal beds, treats, and toys can also be used during their stay.
The Playrooms & Yards
For both Daytime and Nighttime guests, there are three playrooms divided by dog size. The playrooms are outfitted with specialty canine-padded flooring, each opening to a separate turfed outdoor play space. Dogs get special solo breaks from socializing, including stints in the comfy Sofa Lounge with views of the lobby.

Pup parents can get a cup of coffee and browse a nice selection of retail items at check-in, ranging from dog toys to dog-themed birthday cards. For overnight stays, there are convenient pass-through lockers to place personal items.

HITS! The Musical is showing on Friday, April 7, 2023, at the James K. Polk Theater in Downtown Nashville. The Power Your Purpose: Yoga & Goal Setting Workshop is Sunday, February 26, 2023, from noon to 1:30pm at Harriet’s Rooftop at 1 Hotel Nashville. Steve & Kate’s is a national brand camp with over 60 locations across the country, and they are adding Nashville to the list in 2024! This super-flexible camp allows campers to attend for one day, a week, 22 days, or the entire summer—and any unused days get refunded! Kids choose their own activities throughout the day, ranging from baking to coding to water play.

Camp Widjiwagan is a part of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. This organization offers day camps, overnight camps, and ranch camps. The day camps include activities such as swimming, nature hikes, and crafts.
Willow Springs Day Camp, located in Franklin, offers six sessions of summer camp this year with activities including archery, drama, cooking, music, yoga, and more. Each camp will have activities for specific age and grade groups.
Ensworth is offering summer opportunities for campers and students ages 5-18. These camps focus on music, art, sports, cooking, and nature. Campers of all ages are provided with the options of before-care and after-care.
Montgomery Bell Academy (MBA) is offering seven weeks of summer camp including sports camps, coed academic prep camps, and enrichment camps. These camps are sectioned off into full-day camps, morning camps, and afternoon camps.
Campers in grades K-12 can spend their summer with day camps at the Nashville Zoo. Each camp will feature animal trail exploration, games, art, hands-on activities, and up-close animal encounters. Before-care and after-care are available for an extra fee.

The Nashville Children’s Theatre offers a variety of summer camps for different age groups. There will be mini and junior theatre voyages camp, a Bluey mini camp, selections from Disney’s Frozen, and more.
The Nashville Gymnastics Training Center is offering three different summer camp options including gymnastics (ages 6+), ninja and parkour (ages 6+), and minis (ages 3-5). On Fridays, make sure to pack a swimsuit! Campers must also bring their lunch, snacks, and water bottles each day they attend camp.
Spend the summer with Girl Scouts! Campers will have the option to choose between day camp and overnight camp. These camps are focused on being outdoors, building social and emotional skills, and making new friendships.

Every summer, Franklin Road Academy (FRA) offers six weeks of camps, and over 750 students come out to participate. There are sports camps, and enrichment camps, as well as Jr. Panther camps for grades PreK-4 through kindergarten.
Campers at University School of Nashville (USN) can expect a variety of interactive activities throughout the summer including all-day camps, morning session camps, and afternoon session camps. Each camp is for different grades and age groups.
Harpeth Hall is an all-girls school that will have 8 weeks of summer camp this year. There will be morning camps, afternoon camps, and full-day camp options. Expect art, academic, and athletic adventures.

Sugar Drop Camp is a cooking and baking camp that will offer 5 weeks of fun hands-on kitchen experience. Some of the camp themes include Dolly Days of Summer, Swiftie Summer Tour, and One Smart Cookie. Morning camps are from 9:00am to noon and afternoon camps are from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
There will be 7 weeks of summer camp at Climb Nashville (west location). Kids will have the opportunity to learn how to rock climb! There is a maximum of 32 participants per weekly session. A rental harness and shoes are included.
Gordon JCC is bringing back Camp Davis again for a fun summer of camps. These camps will apply a Jewish lens to their programming. Daily activities will include sports, art, music, and nature. The Adventure Park at Nashville is also located on the campus.

Cheekwood Estate & Gardens provides fun summer camp options for kids ages 5-14. These camps include garden exploration, arts, and crafts. There are half-day and full-day camps for specific age groups.
There will be four different summer camps at White Brick Art Studio throughout June. These artistic and creative camps will be led by two certified art educators and are limited to 12 students per camp.
Camp Twigs will have 8 weeks of summer camp in Bellevue and Hendersonville. Campers will have the opportunity to connect with nature through outdoor activities, crafts, and educational skill-learning experiences.
Sign up for art camp at Little Art House this summer. Campers will make projects that span multiple mediums including collage, watercolor, tempera paint, and oil pastel. Outdoor time (when weather allows) will take place at Fannie Mae Park (Hillsboro Village) or Richland Park (Sylvan Park).
iD Tech is offering a variety of coding camps and STEM programs (day camps and overnight camps) at the Vanderbilt campus this summer while offering breaks in between so kids can enjoy some outdoor time playing ultimate frisbee, capture the flag, kickball, and more. Expect camp courses like Game Design with Minecraft, Python Coding 101, AI and Machine Learning, and more.

Kick off the summer season with the Boy Scouts. This year there will be 4 weeks of summer camp opportunities that will feature a variety of fun outdoor activities.
Sequoia Club’s summer day camp is an outdoor camp that includes a variety of activities such as crafts, music, sports, tennis, and swimming. Campers must be 5 years old by August 15, 2024. After-care is available at an additional cost.
There will be two summer camp sessions at Camp Cavern in July. The first session is from July 7-13, 2024, and the second session is from July 14-20, 2024. Each session is a week-long sleepaway camp filled with fun activities including sports and arts.
The Le Salon Rouge Pop-Up at Hidden Bar will take place from Thursday, January 19, 2023, through Saturday, April 1, 2023. Hidden Bar is located within Noelle Nashville. Guests can expect subdued lighting, red decor, and cocktails such as Moijotos and French 75s. Hidden Bar is open Wednesday through Sunday at 5:00pm. Admission is 21 and over only.
The annual Antiques & Garden Show benefiting Cheekwood and ECON Charities is Friday through Sunday, January 12-14, 2024, at the Music City Center. This is the country’s longest-running, largest, and most-respected event of its kind, featuring over 150 dealers in antiques, fine arts, and horticulture from all across the world. Attendees can also expect lectures and panels from renowned landscape and architectural speakers. Tickets are $25-$30. Children 12 and under are free.

Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery Dinner is Wednesday, February 1, 2023, from 6:30pm to 9:00pm at Stationairy, the popular restaurant at Union Station Hotel Nashville Yards. The special whiskey dinner will highlight a selection of spirits from Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery paired with a five-course menu by Executive Chef Brian Kersey. Tickets are $125 and include dinner, drink pairings, tax, and gratuity.
