Diskin Cider, Nashville’s original craft cidery, which opened in May 2018, is entering a new chapter. The Wedgewood-Houston tasting room will close Sunday, October 26, 2025, as the team expands its presence across Tennessee with pop-up events, a mobile cidery, and more ways to share its signature flavors on-the-go. A future tasting room is also in the works. While the Martin Street location comes to a close, this marks the start of an exciting evolution, bringing the Diskin experience directly to the community.

A local investment group is purchasing the property, but further details haven’t been announced. Diskin Cider will continue production at the existing location during the transition.
